Dear Friends and Patriots,
Lebanon today stands at a crossroads. We can remain hostages to conflict, corruption, and paralysis, or we can rise as a sovereign nation committed to peace, justice, and prosperity.
We stand before you with conviction: Lebanon can be saved. Not through wishes, but through action.
What we present is not aspiration. It is a concrete, phased plan built on five pillars:
First: Security and Sovereignty
We will fully implement UN Resolution 1701, restore the state's monopoly over arms, and empower the Lebanese Army as our sole defender. There can be no state within the state. The weapons of the nation must belong to the nation alone.
Our American partners, including Senator Lindsey Graham and many others stand ready to support us if we commit to this principle.
Second: Institutional Reform
Within 100 days, we will establish an independent Judicial Council where judges are selected on merit, not fear.
A sovereign nation demands sovereign courts. Without justice, there is no Lebanon.
Third: Economic Recovery
Our people were robbed. Billions of dollars stolen by corrupt politicians and bankers.
We will implement IMF-backed reforms, conduct international forensic audits, and recover stolen assets. Every dollar recovered goes to depositors, hospitals, and schools not back to thieves. No more corruption. No more impunity. No more excuses.
Fourth: Investment and Growth
We will mobilize our diaspora through protected investment funds and rebuild infrastructure under international supervision.
Our diaspora will no longer just send money to rescue families; they will invest to build a future.
Fifth: Strategic Partnerships
We will build alliances with the United States, Europe, and the Gulf, not as aid recipients, but as responsible partners.
To sum it up:
For decades, our southern border has been a theater of war. We must have the courage to transform ceasefires into lasting peace with Israel, securing Lebanon's sovereignty and Israel's security no matter what it takes. What has the alternative brought us? Decades of destruction. Generations sacrificed.
We strongly believe that true sovereignty means making our own decisions about peace, not having them made by foreign proxies.
We envision a strategic alliance between "the land of the free" and "the land of the cedars", grounded in shared principles: Freedom over coercion. Institutions over chaos. Sovereignty over proxies.
This partnership strengthens regional stability, counters terrorism and extremism, and unlocks growth for both nations.
With reform, investment will flow. Jobs will return. Our youth will stay home to build and our entrepreneurs will innovate.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a choice to make, not someday, but today.
The path is clear. The roadmap is ready. The world is willing.
What we need now is courage to choose our children's future over the warlords' past.
Peace, so our children grow without fear. Justice, so the corrupt face consequences. Accountability, so stolen wealth is returned. Prosperity, so Lebanon fulfills its promise.
This is the Lebanon we want. This is the Lebanon we will fight for. This is the Lebanon our children deserve. And this is the Lebanon we invite the world to stand with.
The choice is ours. The time is now
